Abstract
This article describes the treatment provided to a patient exhibiting severe alveolar bone resorption with insufficient retention of maxillary complete denture. Previous attempts to increase the retention of the denture with maxillary implant overdenture treatment had failed repetitively. As an alternative treatment, conventional maxillary denture with extended posterior palatal seal area was modified with dynamic impression.
